Mess GPS territo

Mess GPS

Guided cleanup that starts where you are.

A mobile app that reads a photo of your space and hands back one task at a time. Built for ADHD-friendly focus and overwhelm relief.

The Problem

The room is too big to start.

Every surface competes for attention. Choosing the first thing costs more than doing it, so nothing gets chosen and the room stays as it is.

The Solution

Take one photo. Get one clear task.

Mess GPS splits the photo into zones and gives you the first task. Finish it and the next one arrives. You never see the whole list at once.

Why It's Different

Designed for momentum, not perfection.

You choose the tone the instructions arrive in: Spark, Gentle Guide, or Drill Sergeant. The app keeps a running count of tasks completed and debris cleared.

How It Works

01

Photograph the space you want to clear

02

Gemini reads the photo and returns tasks with on-image coordinates

03

Finish the task, the next one loads

Photos go to a Cloudflare Workers backend and on to Google Gemini, which returns the task list and the coordinates that light up the Spotlight. Analysis spends compute credits: a free tier and a premium subscription, both billed through the app store.

Photos are used to generate your steps and nothing else. Never sold, and Google's API terms keep them out of public model training.
