Every artifact here has a build journey. Open one to see the spark, the design decisions I owned, the iterations, and what's next. Artifacts that earn their keep graduate to Labs; the rest stay here as proof of mechanics.

PatternLore

A diagnostic simulation for strategic documents.

Feed it a roadmap, brief, or plan. PatternLore turns the logic inside that document into a living agent-based simulation under contracting pressure, so structural weaknesses become visible in 60 seconds.

HOW TO USE

Open the artifact, let the ChromaCast investor memo auto-load, watch the arena play forward, then read the structural diagnosis at the end.

Claude subscription recommended

The demo runs the included ChromaCast sample with no sign-in. Loading your own document into the extraction pipeline (Step 7) will require a Claude account.

HOW ARTIFACTS GRADUATE

Artifact → Lab → Product

An artifact is the production tier: self-contained, single-file, runs in the Claude artifacts environment. A Lab is the next tier — it gets its own surface on the studio site and wires into the Labs API + Credits backbone. A Product is what graduates beyond Labs: shipped on a store, with its own pricing, support, and lifecycle.
